Dianne Marshall, a luxury hair extension supplier with over 25 years of experience, needed to refresh an outdated brand that no longer matched the high-quality service and products they offer. The old look wasn’t resonating with their target audience, and the business was struggling to drive online sales and establish a strong digital presence.
The aim was to give Dianne Marshall a complete brand overhaul, including a new logo and a modern, cohesive identity. This involved designing an improved packaging format to elevate a key touchpoint for clients. Additionally, the website needed a more user-friendly interface with enhanced e-commerce functionality to ensure the design resonated with their high-end customers.
The rebrand included a bespoke DM monogram, a fresh colour palette, and new signage for the Liverpool salon, all of which helped elevate the brand’s image. A new luxury custom packaging design was introduced, enhancing the customer experience. With the redesigned website and improved e-commerce features, online sales saw a noticeable boost, and new stationery for the salon helped maintain a consistent, professional look across all channels.
